"Sahaj" in Sanskrit means effortless, and "Samadhi" is a deep, meditative state. This practice is designed to be effortless and natural, allowing one to access a state of deep relaxation and restful awareness. It employs the use of a specific sound or mantra, which the practitioner gently focuses on, allowing the mind to settle down and transcend the surface level of thoughts and disturbances. This technique is often praised for its simplicity and effectiveness leading to clarity of mind!
