SKY Happiness Retreat Application Form

SKY Happiness Retreat is a comprehensive wellness program taught in 12 hours spread over three days that trains participants in evidence-based SKY meditation, breathwork, yoga, social connection, and mindful leadership. SKY significantly benefits six well-being outcomes - depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and social connectedness compared to state-of-the-art well-being interventions*.

Through interpersonal exercises and service initiatives, participants forge meaningful relationships and discover a deeper purpose. The retreat activities are designed to enhance self-esteem, foster social connections, cultivate positive relationships, develop practical soft skills, instill a sense of responsibility, and build effective leadership abilities.

SKY Breath Meditation is a powerful tool to de-stress, energize the mind and body, help one manage emotions effortlessly, and be more productive and happier in every aspect of life. The SKY Happiness Retreat graduates are taught an effortless and effective technique that can be practiced daily at home.

With the support of the Student Government, we are delighted to inform that the SKY student organization at UF is offering full funding for students, faculty, and staff to attend the SKY Happiness Retreat, originally priced at $395*.  Participants will receive full funding based on a brief phone orientation call with a SKY team member.

*Attendance to all retreat sessions is mandatory to ensure the integrity and efficacy of the experience.
