The word "Sahaj" in Sanskrit means effortless, and "Samadhi" refers to a deep, meditative state. This practice is designed to be effortless and natural, allowing individuals to access a state of deep relaxation and restful awareness. It employs the use of a specific sound or mantra, which the practitioner gently focuses on, allowing the mind to settle down and transcend the surface level of thoughts and disturbances. This technique is often praised for its simplicity and profound effectiveness, as it can lead to enhanced clarity of mind, reduced stress, and improved emotional well-being.
